User-centric Design
People visit your site to do something. It might be to find a phone number, locate the agenda for a meeting or to apply for a permit.
The key to user-centric design is to understand each of your target audiences, what their needs are, and then make it easy for them to fulfill those needs.
We always start with a needs assessment with every new client. Part of the needs assessment is helping you determine who your target audiences are.
After the target audiences have been determined, the next step is the think like each audience. You will want figure out the information, forms, services and features each audience would be interested in.
