Cut, Copy & Paste
A common question is how do I move an item I created in the wrong place. If you want to move items to a different folder, you will want to cut and paste them. If you just want to create a copy in another location, you will want to copy and paste them.
Cut
- Click on the contents tab of the folder that contains the item(s) you want to cut.
- Place a check in the box next to the items you want to cut and paste.
- Click the "cut" button below the list of items.
Copy
- Click on the contents tab of the folder that contains the item(s) you want to cut.
- Place a check in the box next to the items you want to copy and paste.
- Click the "copy" button below the list of items.
Paste
- Go to the folder where you want to paste the already cut or copied items, clicked the contents tab.
- Click the paste button.
